Account issue and customer support

Bought phone in oct 2024 had nothing but problems none of which anyone can figure out . 5 days two months ago I couldn’t use my phone , two days ago my phone went to sos , now when I log in my device shown isn’t even mine & it says I disconnected my second line march 17 when I didn’t even have a second line . That number is my number! And there’s a receipt from Tampa same day not me I’m in Jacksonville . Agent just hung up on me !! No customer support !

I hate to tell you this, but I think your account has been compromised and your number fraudulently ported out, or there has been a SIM swap sc*m done. You can file a fraud claim online here:

but I'd also use IdentityTheft.gov to report the situation, as criminals often use this type of phone hijacking to steal personal information or bank account information. Good luck.
