I am trying to understand why have a store pick up but you can't pick it up in store because apparently something is wrong why not let people know hey something's going on instead of when you call the store finding out where your order is they're saying yeah your order is here come pick it up then you get there oh now you can't pick it up like make it make sense Verizon is supposed to be the top notch company but this just doesn't make any sense do they even care about customer service anymore?
