First off all let me start by saying when you switch over make sure they give you all the details. I switched over in mid January from Tmobile to Verizon and when I spoke to the gentleman he spoke a good sale, but what he wasn't was valid because here we are on now 9, maybe 10 weeks and I still have not gotten my gift card not even a penny to pay off my tmobile. I have been here 3 times now and today I got some kinda help that was very preventable if the other representative for verizon i originally spoke to would have done what was done today (call the customer service) and guided us to where we needed to be. I would have already had my giftcard to pay off this depth for Tmobile if someone would have done this sooner.
Now its effecting my credit, and that's my problem! Especially after this being my main concern when switching and being told I would have the gift card before it is effected and here we are.
Now the processes is JUST starting so in 4-8 weeks I should have the giftcard.
Yall be careful because they talk a big game and half (not all) don't know what the hello they are doing.
