Billing statement shows no complete Acct number to make online payment

I am receiving a bill for $15 but unable to pay it because Verizon doesn't recognize my phone number as associated with the bill and the bill only shows last digits of the acct number it says I owe, prevents paying online. How do I get Verizon to give me the full acct number so I can pay? Already spent 3 plus hours in chat trying to get the acct number so I can pay it to no avail.

I am a current customer of 15 years.

I'm guessing you used to be a Verizon customer, but aren't anymore? Have you tried the one-time bill pay site:

Still a customer as I been for 15 years. Verizon does not recognize my phone number as associated with the bill, and of course cannot use the account number as they only provide the last digits and not the complete acct number. So unnesccarry.

Is it the same phone number you've had with Verizon all along, but now you can't login to My Verizon using it either? If so, I'm worried someone may have fraudulently ported out your number without your consent. Or someone added some extra service to your account for whatever reason. I would call Verizon and ask what's going on with your account.

Are they not able to access your account by your SSN? This should allow any account to be pulled whether active or inactive or if this was a sub level account. If they can’t verify it I would dispute it.
