Yes, hello. My name is Jeremy. I have been with Verizon as since November of 2024 I signed up with the 5. G plan and everything and I got my promotions of my Xbox is and my 2 Xbox bundle says but there's. I did not receive my $250 gift cards for signing up. There was a big problem with this whole ordeal. And Verizon has been stabbing me and in the back with this further. So many months I was not able to collect on Verizon gift cards that they promised me in every conversation that I have had with them since the beginning. Of January to get my gift cards that I was told I was getting Dean. They were denying everything now. They gave me over a $1000 in credits for me. Then they said that they could send that to me as a payment. Because I was not able to use the gift cards. I have been fighting this for the last beginning, a March and they ke and denying it. And they kept saying oh, you have to wait until you're next bill's date, which is not true because I just received my bill on the 14th and now they're telling me that I got a way to get until my next billing date to give me a refund. I want to know is this is. They kept promising me and kept promising me and promising me. Every supervisor every lead supervisor every financial supervisor I have over 40 tickets created for this and it kept getting denied and it's I want answers now.Or are you verizon for over a million dollars.
And I will not talk to no customer service rap or anything?I wanna talk to the main person who makes these decisions and the people in back office.I am tired of this I don't deserve this. i'm tired of it.
