I recently became a Verizon customer on December 16, 2024. While I understand it may take two to three billing cycles for device trade-ins to be reflected on my statement, I’m concerned about a discrepancy. I shipped four phones via UPS using the label provided, yet my latest invoice still only shows a credit for one of them. It’s unclear what happened to the other three devices.
Additionally, I have yet to receive the $20 Friends and Family discount that was confirmed when I placed my order. This credit should have appeared without any issues, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case.
I made the switch from T-Mobile to Verizon fully aware that my costs might be higher, but I’m disappointed to see these ongoing billing problems. I’m hopeful you can resolve this situation so I can remain a satisfied, long-term customer.
