I have tried multiple times to redeem 4 rebate gift cards that were apart of the deal when I purchased 4 phones and switched my phone company to Verizon.
My original rebate request was submitted on 12/29/2024. The phones were originally purchased 11/29/2024 with 2 phones having the Unlimited Plus and the other 2 phones having the Unlimited Welcome, I have the first bill as proof of my phone plans. The store associates reassured me that we would still be able to redeem the rebate gift cards, (2) $100 rebate gift cards and (2) $200 rebate gift cards.
I just finished a phone call (611) with a Verizon representative today (03/20/2025) and was told that I switched plans and thats why they are having trouble processing? But this makes no sense because I never switched phone plans. The representative told me to email the rebate center at
[email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] to contact them directly and go through an escalation process in order to redeem the gift cards. And guess what, when I tried to sent that email I immediately got notified that that email address "
couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail".
Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? What else should I do? I see that it is a common problem and unfortunately long process
