A car hit a pole with a verizon MCI fiber optic cable attached to it. Pole was removed. This was the only wire on this pole. Address of incident *** Village Rd Dearborn MI 48124 . I have tried repeatedly with people and virtual assistant to report this. Verizon needs to make this easier. It is right at the driveway that is on Village Rd. Next pole has a UW band antennae on it ,If a truck turns around in this driveway they will hit this low hanging wire and bracket. I don't know what else to do. I hope they make a better system for this. There has been outages at this location for 50 days. Even with UW signals. Please help me get this to the right place.
