I was with Tmobile until last Nov-December. I switched 6 lines to verizon. I traded in 4 phones and brought over 2 of my phone to use. I dropped off 4 of the trade-in phones at the verizon store. When I switched over there were promotion for iphone 16 pro $1000 dollars off trade in any phones any conditions. My phones were in all good conditions too. Now I am seeing market value charge 265 dollars on my bill for one of the line. I talked with the manager and she told me that was the promotion i was getting before getting the $1000 dollars off for 16 pro. I traded in 4 phones, why 3 of the phones never got issues? What is that market value when they said trade in any phone and any condition (not saying my phones are bad).
I called verizon and asked if they got promotions. They gave me and promotion so I was not expecting to pay it back. They always keep changing the amount I have to pay too. One customer service member would tell me I would be paying this for this long...Next month it would be different. Manager told me that those customer service people probably telling me mis guided information. How is it my fault they say things to get their services? They told me and adjusted my bills, it was their people. Did not know promotions are just temp discount and you supposed to be paying them back?
