I am trying to request being an account manager but am receiving errors ever time. Can someone help with that?

I think it's the Account Owner who is the only one who can designate others as Account Managers in a group account?

Im trying to make members on my ower account, account managers. I dont have an option to do this online or in app.

Please look for the following steps. If this doesn't work please advise. You will need to be signed in currently as the account owner to do this.

Steps

From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as an Account Owner.
From the My Verizon Home page, navigate:

Account

Account settings

Account settings overview

Select
Assign account managers

.
From the Account managers section, select
Edit

then do any of the following:
Add a Manager:
From the Add Account Managers section, enter or select the appropriate info (e.g. name, mobile number, etc.) then click
Add Manager

Review the Terms and Conditions then select
Continue
