Network Extender error Server error 9A

Our network extender quit working, after an hour troubleshooting with Verizon Customer Service they decided to send a new one. The new one will not connect and will stop at HeNB Gateway, error fail to reach signaling gateway.

I do not have a firewall, our ISP is not blocking any IP addresses

Hello, 2Wiggles. Having access to your Network Extender is a must and help is here. Please share more info, what is the make/model of the Network Extender sent? What are your current speeds for your current home internet provider?

If your ISP is not a cable internet service, the Verizon LTE network extenders are not compatible with any other type of internet service (fiber, fixed wireless, or satellite).

I wish they could fix this issue. It did work fine on starlink internet, then all of the sudden stopped. Verizon sent another extender and it is doing the same thing with the server error 9A. I now have fiber internet so if the extender won't work with fiber either I guess I am out of luck.
Are there any extenders that will work with fiber internet?

Not that I know of. All the Verizon 4G LTE extenders only work with cable internet. If your service is spotty at home, you'd have to try using WiFi and WiFi Calling instead (make sure you disable IPv6 because I've seen a spate of threads lately from people who can't use WiFi Calling, and I think it's something to do with IPv6). The other options are to invest in a 3rd party signal booster system compatible with Verizon - these systems amplify a weak cellular signal and do not need to be hooked up to an ISP - or switch carriers to someone who works better.
