Verizon offered to replace my old Samsung network extender for free because it was no longer going to be supported, I agreed to the offer. When the LTE extender arrived could not get it to link up to Verizon. After over FOUR hours of chat, and live help I was told it is not compatible with the 5g Verizon Gateway we use for our wifi. They suggested I get my internet wifi from Comcast if I wanted it to work. That's crazy. We've been with Cellular One which became Verizon since 1989. Seems like the tech support has really gotten bad. How can they send device that is clearly incompatible with known components that it needs to work with. Our home phone signal is bad, I know I can use wifi calling but any guests/visotors must go outside to get a decent signal. Any solutions from other users or Verizon?
