If you are considering switching to verizon be prepared to spend your days on chat or the phone with support explaining your issues over & over because I Assure you that’s what you’ll be doing ! Their soft skills are wonderful , they’ll apologize & promise you they are the right agent for you .. then they’ll disappear & another equally polite agent will come on & apologize & that will continue until your exhausted & give up ! Nothing will get resolved !

Why am I getting completely different messages from this community private messages ? I am receiving emails when you comment & I have provided A LOT of info there ! Just did it again earlier tonight ! And where is this picture next to my name from ? Never seen it ! The other private messages wanted me to log in with my business log in but I shouldn’t have one !! Finally if let me log in with my Verizon log in .. that is just one of the huge issues wit my acct ! It keeps getting transferred to someone’s business account & I can see on my under transfer my line on the app it’s been Transferred to MANY PHYSICAL SIM CARDS - it shows the SIM card info .. this should be listed under account activity so I know ! I’ve never transferred my line to any physical SIM card my device can’t even hold a physical SIM card . And for the past month I can’t log in on any browser ! I get error message saying it can’t verify I’m the owner ! Yes I’ve deleted history , cookies. It’s not a password issue ! I can log in on app but have a limited access to what I can see . If I have imei 1 activated it shows my Device in blue as it is . If I have imei 2 activated it shows my device in honey & says I deleted my line ***** ! That’s my only number ! I never delete it ! They say the color issue is just a fluke - it’s not it only happens when imei 2 active ! My device went to sos once for 5 days last month & twice this month . Once on march 17 & I didn’t get it back on until march 18 when I went to Verizon but I can see under documents over 6 months on March 17 someone got a SIM card receipt from Tampa fl where I’ve been maybe it’s on line I don’t know but I didn’t order physical sim ! My Verizon protect was cancelled that day ! When I log in tech coach it says I have it free for 30 days & no device coverage ! Why ? Free 30 days is for new lines !! I’ve had mine since Oct ! I got error message last week saying I was trying to log into CANCELED OR BUSINESS ACCOUNT !! Why ?! There is a gap in on app on all activity from NOV TO MARCH ! It appears my line was transferred to some business account ! That’s also where all the other community private messages are but I didn’t know I was logging into any business account ! I saw on browser there was an option to log into business account but they told ne that’s always there ! I had agent 2 days ago unregister me & walk me thru registering again & I could log in on browser then but an hour later I could not ! PLEASEDO SOMETHING ABOUT ALL OF THIS OR KET ME CANCEL MY SERVICE AND GO TO ANOTHER CARRIER !
