Ive been a verizon customer for about 13 years now and suddenly Im noticing that the company internally seems to be falling apart. No customer service, no loyalty dept help. They called me out of the blue with a special offer for a 24 month agreement with 2 perks. Then in the middle of my agreement they raised the price twice with no notice then told me my agreement was 36 months instead of 24. I called customer service and got India and china repeatedly that just hung up on me or lied to get me off the phone. No help, no support, even at the store level they wont fix anything. If this is what verizon has become Ill be leaving soon and when I do Ill never come back.
