Hello I used to be a customer here and I switched carriers when I had my number switched. The lady told me I was all set. Then a few months later Credit Karma alerted me of a delinquent account and it was a Verizon account immediately I called and they told me my account was in collections for a $57$ charge that I was unaware of now there is a negative mark on my credit. How do I get this removed please remove it thank you
