I am ready to leave Verizon for another carrier. I have been a customer for over 4 years and in the last 3 I have experienced consistently worsening connection and speeds. I have upgraded my phone to the S23+. I have the highest Unlimited plan. It was my understanding that hotspot speeds only decrease after using up your data allowance. Not true. Speeds drop after the first couple of days into the billing cycle and remain slow. I have experienced this in locations where speeds have previously been excellent. This company is turning into the biggest false advertising carrier. My bill gets more expensive while my service continues to decline. As soon as my phones are paid off I've decided to switch carriers. The way I see it, these companies will continue in their dishonest ways until they lose enough business to force them to change. If anyone else is experiencing the same, I encourage you to leave for a company who actually cares about their customers over greedy practices. Maybe they will listen to actions over words.
