I have been calling for months about an incorrect bill. I’ve been told by at least 6 different agents that the bill would be resolved. I even have a text saying what the bill would be and today I was charged $400 over the amount it should be. I’ve spent over 10 hours calling Verizon with no solution. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years . Anyone know how I can get in touch with a higher up manager to help me. I’m so frustrated!
