I have been trying to get a replacement for a broken phone for a business account for over 11 days. This is causing issues with losing money and being able to take care of my business. I have called over four times attempting to get a replacement through my insurance on the phone And they continually screw it up. Initially, the person put an incorrect/incomplete address for the phone so it was returned back to them. Now they are telling me it is my job to call UPS and have the address changed. I attempted to that with no luck as the tracking number they provided me is invalid. I have sat on the phone with him for over two hours once again, losing money, not managing my own business and have been disconnected multiple times. I am so frustrated and over this, my next move will be to go in and cancel my entire business account. I don’t understand how a company can be run like this.
