I want to give kudos to Arielle (Ariel? not sure how to spell her name and she didn't give a last name) for her fantastic customer service. I had problems trading in our phones for an upgrade and wound up talking to at least a half a dozen agents. Ariel was the only one who was able to solve the problems. She was extremely knowledgeable, Pleasant and helpful. Please relay my thanks to her. And put it on whatever review she gets.
She is the best Verizon agent I have delt with and Is one of the best customer service agents I have ever dealt with Period
