Can't find anywhere to leave reviews so using this. I remember over 8 years ago having one quick phone call with one representative setting up my account for a great deal. Recently, after considering the move to T-Mobile because I constantly hear how great their customers service is, I was given a great deal for the price I wanted by a Verizon rep. Over the following 2 weeks I spoke with 8 different people for probably 10 hours total trying to get the deal that I was given. HOW are things not documented? HOW can you not see my previous chats? I was given direct lines to representatives and told "just call and they will get you to me" only to call and be told that's not possible?? Every single person had something different to say. The second rep I spoke to said I was the nicest person they have ever dealt with but person 8th rep had me yelling at them over the phone and that was the ONLY way I got everything. Why make it so difficult? When I started my account and had a great customer service experience, Verizon was already the largest wireless carrier, so they are now CHOOSING to have terrible customer service to try to make it difficult to make more money off of us.
