Network extender S25 Ultra

I got my S25 Ultra in the mail about 2 weeks ago. It would not find my Verizon network extender. My previous phones connected automatically as do my kids current phones. Sometimes when I dial #48 it will say I am under network extender coverage but most of the time it says that I am not. The little house icon that I've always seen on my previous Samsung model phones has never appeared on my screen. If I go into connections and mobile networks and network extender it scans and says no network extender found. At this point I've been sent a new extender, had my eSIM replaced, had every setting on my phone reset, had my phone swapped out for a new one, I've been into the Verizon store 2x and have spent entire days on calls and chats with tech support. I need it to work because the coverage at my house is not great. I tried chatting Samsung and they think that I mean my Internet wifi. I can only think that there must be some special setting to enable the connection ? I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.

I assume you have the Askey ASK-SFE116 network extender. I have two running the same software, GA5.14 V0.5.014.1657 but only one gives me the little house icon when connected on my Android moto z4 phone. The one that provides the house icon has manufacture Date Code 20220521 and the newer with Date Code 20231211 never shows the house icon on my phone. I think the newer manufactured devices hardware don't provide the information to the software that the phone needs to identify it as an extender and show the house icon. That may also be affecting your phones connectivity issues. My moto z4 phone connects to both fine.

I thought there was an 'Enhanced Calling' option that had to be set in the phone's software but now I can't find it.
