I have been with Verizon for over 25 years due to them offering the best signal in my area. But over the past 10 years I have been on the phone with them numerous time to correct billing errors. Customer service is horrible! Usually the issue ends in my favor after hours of back and forth with the rep. After today’s issue I feel I should be paid for my time getting problems solved if they end in my favor. I feel they do this intentionally hoping people don’t check their bills and just pay what’s billed.
