Apple One Subscription Pending

I have had Apple One for years and I upgraded my phone yesterday. Now I can’t use Apple Music and it says my phone is not compatible with Apple Arcade, even though it is an Apple device. It’s very frustrating because I use Apple Music every day— I tried chatting, can’t get any help. Seems like it is an issue with multiple people. Has anyone had a solution?

Was your service plan called 5G [something], and had Apple One included? I'm willing to bet what happened is when you upgraded your phone, your service plan was changed to one of the current plans, which doesn't include Apple One. To get it back, you have to first get the legacy Apple One removed, and then sign up for the "new" version of Apple One at a subscription rate either through Verizon or directly through Apple.

What happened was I had an iphone 11 and the upgrade killed my phone. Turned black and wouldn’t work after that.

Went to verizon and told her ai wanted my bill lowered if we could and she did something to update it. I have no idea what plan I was on— bad at upgrading and checking. I was going to change providers but since my phone died and I was in a pinch I just bought the new phones from verizon. Oh, and my bill isn’t cheaper AND i lost disney plus for the kids. And apparently apple music for me lol. Ridiculous.

I’m having a similar issue. I had Apple One included in my last plan and after they upgraded me it got cancelled. I tried to add their new perk of Apple Music Family and it’s been pending for 2 days now. I can’t find anywhere the old subscription is listed so I assume it was fully cancelled and removed but don’t know for sure.
