I turned my phone on this morning and my mobile data is not working and I am unable to log into MyVerizon, as my phone number is unable to be recognized for some reason. It's as if my account was shutoff overnight with no reason. I have a bill due on Tuesday I wanted to pay but am unable to. My phone number was working as of yesterday and I have never had this issue before. I am very upset by this and the lack of answers.
