On February 17th we moved our phones from AT&T- who I was happy with, but due to my husband job we need something that allowed him to getter better service at work.
Now my bill is $80 higher then it was with AT&T, my service is bad at work and AT&T is threatening to send me to collections for 1800 that I don't have because I'm still waiting on my rebate cards, that I was original told would take just 6 weeks.
Fast forward from February to March 19th when I went back to the store and he told me that everything was fine- one rebate of the 4 has came in but the other 3 were still missing, he said they were right behind and should be any day.
Then March 24th- I get a call and email from AT&T saying my bill was past due and was heading to collection if I don't pay it soon. I call again to the store and receive nothing back. On March 31st- I call Verizon to find out that they place all the blame on Luis at the store and said he only submitted part of the bill but not all of it, Charity (Verizon customer service) said that he must of missed the other account- but not to worry send them by email and should would send them to the HOT remarks team and I would have it by Thursday. She then place me to on hold to verify with her supervise, which is when I was discontinued- I went to the store to finish. She called back and with the help of the representative at the store we resubmitted all the paperwork that I knew Luis had submitted because I watched him. Again she reassured me that it would be fast track and I would have it on Thursday the 3rd.
Fast Forward to April 3rd- to no rebates and another email from AT&T stating this is my final attempt to pay the bill. I called back to Verizon and spoke to Blair who gave a much of feedback on how they just need a few more days to escalate this and that it she promised me and she completed understand and basically swore that it would be here on Monday. I told her that I have heard this all before and I didn't believe her and I can't believe I have switch to a good company for a company that within a month time has disappointment so many times. She swore again that I would have the funds my Monday and not to worry about AT&T because Verizon had a deal with them and that Verizon would reach out to AT&T on my behave and explain the situation. She again gave me her word that this all be resolved by Monday April 3rd.
Today April 3rd- STILL WAITING, STILL Receiving the exact same message they have not received my document, they don't who would make promises like that, can I verify this, can I verify this. Oh just give us a few more days. WHAT a joke and since I can't say the word I want to- you can fill in the blank. _____________________________________
