Their customer service and equipment are worthless! Long story short, signed up a month and a half ago, couldn't get their extenders to pair with the routers. Have had 3 different routers sent to me and 5 extenders. Have spent at least 6 hours on the phone with verizon tech support trying to pair them, another few hours alone trying everything under the sun to pair them, and have spoken to over 25 verizon representatives over at least 12 hours, trying to get one of their mobile tech support people out to hook everything up. I've had 3 confirmed by text and email appointments and was stood up by all 3, including 1 that my wife took work off for. It's still not working right and we can't get anyone to help us. Any suggestions? Probably just switch back to xfinity here soon.
Quick update on my verizon 5G wifi. I spent another couple hours chatting and speaking with verizon representatives. They would not send anyone out to my house to fix the problem. They've sent 9 extenders and 2 routers. I'm up to my ears in devices here. I was finally told this afternoon that they'd send out a tech for $100 to set up new equipment that has never worked from the get go. I said no way! They came back with $50, I said no thanks! I'm leaving verizon and switching my wifi to xfinity and I'm going to shop around for new phone service after over 10 years with verizon. Loyalty means nothing! I beg you, please don't sign up for verizon wifi!
