Verizon has the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I moved four phones to Verizon and home Internet and it has been nothing but a nightmare of the inside switch. None of their offshore customer service knows how to do anything and they constantly screw things up. I was on the phone for over 12 hours to get service. Every service rep tells you something different and the stories don’t wanna help you if you don’t buy products from them.
They hide their rebates in email links and then send you 30 emails so you can’t find it and no one will help you at the stores. They just say it’s in your email
I wish I hadn’t switched to Verizon and I was one click away from canceling the whole order
