I have been a Verizon customer for more than twenty years and I had one mobile device connection, that after a credit card number changed went to collections for nonpayment. I have payed, in my estimate, more than $30,000 in fees on time over the years except for one error of approximately $182, which was paid in full, albeit late. Now, I have to deal with a detrimental mark on otherwise perfect credit. I have no debt nor any other late payments. Verizon refuses to remove. So now, I am left with little option other than to never do business with Verizon again. I have zero incentive to stay. It is disappointing.
