* My Samsung Galaxy S7 SM-G930V is SIM locked by Verizon. I need to use it with a Simcard from Movistar Venezuela who has compatible frecuency bands. I talked with several support personnel but the problem is not solved. It is IMEI unlocked. What can I do?

Good morning,
I’m sorry to insist, but over the past few months I’ve tried through various means to get help unlocking my Samsung Galaxy S7 (which is SIM-locked to Verizon) so I can use it with my local SIM card. I still haven’t received any technical or legal response explaining why you’re unable to help me.

If the IMEI is "unlocked" but the phone is SIM locked, I suspect there was some tampering done. In those situations, a phone may work for some period of time, but eventually will brick itself. Don't know when or where you bought the phone, but I'd try to get a refund from the seller if it was busted from the get-go.
