I got the you tube premium perk via my Verizon app, I upgraded to a new phone and the you tube premium perk is not working. It my subscriptions it shows I have the perk however it’s not working on my devices

How would I be able to retrieve my Verizon private messages?
Private messages (PMs) are under the envelope icon at the top right. When you receive a new message, a number will be showing on the icon. If CS missed sending you the PM, you can PM them directly by going to one of their posts and clicking on their username or forum avatar (the picture to the left of the username), and use the "send message" button.

The Verizon CS username account is used by many different people and I think it's actually a call center. If nobody has PM'd you about your issue, I'd PM @vzw_customer_support or login to My Verizon and use the live chat function. Type "live agent" to get past the AI bot.

The live chat option I think does not work well for me. I constantly receive an live agent from overseas and they can’t do much on my Verizon account
