NEED TO TALK TO AGENT & not a ROBOT!

My phone is not working & i cant reach anyone i paidnfor a plan and my phone only can make calls ive called before & somenone said it should be working and its still not working nowni can reach anyone but robots my Myversion account wont work when i type my number in this is ridiculous i been tryna get this phone on with you guys for DAYS i paid for my plan DAYS AGO!

Hi, I'm guessing you were trying to have your line ported into Verizon from another carrier? From what you're describing, your port is stuck in limbo and that's why you're only able to make calls, but incoming calls don't work because they are still being handled by your old carrier.

First, I'd check with your old provider and make sure there isn't an issue with your account there, because if you owe money or there is some other hitch, can cause them to hold your number.

You said you paid for your plan already, which makes me think you're a prepaid customer? Please provide a few more details so I can give you the best numbers to try calling.
