I am the account owner and want to change carriers

We have 3 lines on the family plan and all family members have access to the account. My line is the owner and the other 2 lines are manager roles. Will the other 2 lines on the plan get disconnected if I switch only my line, which has the "owner" role to another carrier? Should I see about switching one of the other lines to "owner" before porting out my number to a new carrier?

I would definitely switch one of the other lines to Account Owner status before you port your line out. Otherwise, access to the remaining lines may be blocked because your login access to My Verizon immediately gets revoked upon porting out. The other lines will still be active.
