I have a Samsung S22 Ultra (model #SM-S908U) smartphone I purchased in 2022. When I got the phone initially, I had problems connecting to mobile data - the phone showed an "x" next to the bars indicating no connection, and I could not access anything that required a network connection (unless I was connected to WiFi, which worked fine). These same problems have been intermittent for the last 3 years, occurring once every few days, with data becoming available again typically after an hour or so. Recently (past 2 days), I cannot connect to mobile data at all using my phone. I tried a network reset, to no avail. I also tried turning mobile data off and back on, and restarting my phone. This is really annoying because I often need mobile data when I don't have access to WiFi. Can someone help? Happy to provide more details if needed.
