I have had 55+ Loyalty discount, then I signed up for 1st responders discount for $25. Then I get my bill and it shows my $40 Loyalty discount is gone. So my bill goes from $97.20 to $127.60. When the bill should have gone down !I called and spoke to a representative, then spoke to a supervisor, she said that she would give me a $15 credit and I would have to call every month to get the $15 discount and that was all she could do.
The 1st responders discount web page did not say anything about losing my loyalty discount. the website states I quote " You can combine your first responder discount with other offers, excluding teacher, nurse, student and military discounts."
I asked them to remove the responders discount give me back my loyalty discount and they stated they can not.
I have been a customer with Verizon for 28 yrs and this is how they treat you.
Does anyone have a contact number for corporate. Maybe they can get this resolved.
