Is anyone else having a hard time redeeming the free Samsung tv offer after starting home internet?? Every time I click on the tile it just takes me to FAQ instead of redeeming the offer. The tile before I click it says redeem on ## PRD##. I will eventually call support but I work nights and am on my work week. It would just be helpful if anyone else had this problem and solved it so I can maybe tell them how to fix it when I call.
