New customer. New phone number issued. No matter what, the new account will not link in the my Verizon app. No way to see anything in the account, set-up discounts- NOTHING. 3 hours on phone and chat.
It's honestly a wonder they stay in business. Customer service as we all know, does not care a bit. I have only gotten help in person.
When you are entering a registered phone number and the system keeps saying it cannot be linked to the app, that is def a Verizon problem.
