Not getting my $20 autopay and paper free billing credit

I have already got this "resolved" last month. An employee told me to unenroll and re-enroll in autopay to received my discount and gave me the $ off on my last bill manually. They said my April bill would be good to go with the discount and moving forward I would get the $20 off each month. Now it is April and I just received my bill statement and the $20 credit is yet again not applied....
