Verizon should enable Beta Programs for Samsung phones that are carrier-locked to Verizon. The only carrier that does Beta Programs for Samsung is T-Mobile, so Verizon should do it too.
It would also be extra helpful because the dev team needs feedback from Beta testers before the software reaches the official version so bugs and issues can be fixed from user feedback.
Maybe Verizon does not do Betas is because it may mess with the mobile data. Unexplained reasons?
