I switched yesterday from Boost Mobile to Verizon. The account transfer and everything took a lot more than usual, but that's alright. Now, when I try to link my 4 lines to my Verizon account (which I created with my email and created a password) it says "Provided input is not valid and cannot be linked". Please make sure you've entered the correct service identifier. If you've already linked your service, Sign in.
The problem is, the system isn't recognizing my 4 Verizon numbers which are fully ported in and working now under Verizon's network, how is it possible that they don't recognize all 4 lines?
Am I missing something? It also wouldn't let me do anything within the app. I need help with this because I really like keeping track of my usage and, especially, my payments.
