change to new plan w/hulu-disney add-on

Changed to one of the new plans (welcome) w/hulu-disney added-on.

Previously had GetMore with free hulu -disney perk and, after much effort worked out to pay hulu $5 monthly for ad-free .

Here's the question. do I need to cancel my current hulu bundle before enrolling in the new one? same email address etc, only the verizon billing is changing. looking for some tips to make it as seamless as possible.

had a great experience switching from my own appleMusic sub to vzw appleOne add-on. All I had to do was sign out and back in on my laptop and all devices updated to the new account seamlessly. Hoping hulu can pull off same, but won't be shocked if not.

I ask because an issue with the original perk was they had two accounts for my one email address.

We don't want you to have any problems with the chance to the new perk. Once you've changed plans, you'll be able to obtain the perk and register for it using the same e-mail. You won't need to make any changes to the actual Hulu subscription. If you have any problems, please let us know.

thank you. I went ahead and tried it. Because all of my info is the same, So far it appears that the $5 no ads addition in hulu successfully remains on the account. The only concern now is that I have 2 verizon plans listed on my disney account but I imagine the old perk will be removed automatically? If so, concern is still that the no ads in hulu is linked to the old and not the new bundle.

If you have completely changed your plan, the old subscription should automatically cancel. If you do happy to receive a bill with a regular subscription charge in addition to the perk charge feel free to reach out to us so we can take a look further!
