I recently worked to transfer my phone number from my previous company's account to my personal account; however I now cannot find my number with my account online nor on the app. Can someone help direct me toward my missing phone number? Thanks!

I am assuming you only have this one number which was transferred to you. When you login to My Verizon, are you getting a message saying something about "getting the full Account Owner experience when..."? If so, you got a guest account instead of a real one and will have to register your phone number again as if you'd never made an account before.
