It's all starting to feel sketchy. I'm told I should receive my gift card via email soon and it never comes. The link to track it doesn't work..then I was told I'd get a credit on my bill for it instead of the gift card. It's not on my account.
After 19 years, I'm actually considering switching providers. Verizon is becoming difficult to deal with for any question.
