Google play service update

Hello.

I'm just wondering if anyone else with the S25 ultra is having issues with Google play service updates.

I've been stuck on October 2024 update since I got the phone.

Each time I try to update to May 25, the update installs, then after 2 minutes the phone restarts and the update is removed.

Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue, as I have friends who have this phone and another network who isn't have the same issue.

Hey, Flpo, we want to make sure you're able to get things updated. Are you getting any error? If you haven't already, please try clearing the cache and cookies from the play store (open the app, find settings > clear browsing data). If that doesn't do the trick it may be necessary to reset the phone to factory settings after backing up the phone. Let us know if this helps!
