Free 43 inch tv offer

Hello,

I switched to Verizon 5G home internet on April 4, 2025. I was promised a 43 inch smart tv but have not heard anything about it. Maybe there is a waiting period. Can I receive instruction on how to redeem it properly if I have not done so already? Thank you.

Good morning Straw39 .For new home internet customers who activate/install and maintain eligible LTE Home Plus internet services in good standing for 65 days and redeem offer w/in 60 days thereafter. So yes there is a 65 day waiting period. You will Receive a Ready to Redeem email 65 days after service activation and a successful balance check. he customer reaches the Make the most of your plans section where they see the Samsung tile or the Meta Quest 3S Headset tile. Then you will click the tile. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Yeah I just signed up for the home Internet as well I just want to say that's it's very misleading because it tells your customers a 2 day delivery for the TV at the time of signing up.

I'm going through this identical process attempting to redeem TV offer.
Not getting the email with link to "redeem'. No redeem button on the App. Have called multiple times and put in a "ticket" request. No one indicating any activation period requirements. Only date is the deadline to redeem which is rapidly approaching.
Has anyone actually received their TV from any of these promotions?

How long does it take to receive the Samsung TV after you redeem it?

Hi can you help me with my offer. I’m supposed to have a metaquest 3s and it’s more than 65 days. The issue woth my account is that my first device gailed and they sent me a replacement.

I was on the phone with Verizon in April and told I could get the TV after I paid my bill in May. I was on the phone yesterday and today with Verizon and they said they would call me back on Wednesday to let me know the status.

I am having the same issue. My purchase of 5G Plus internet has been more than 65 days, yet no redeem coupon from Verizon. Has anyone received their free Samsung TV?

I have no redeem tile on the “make more of your plan”. No email either. Hard to believe for such a big company. I think I’m switching to T mobile

Hello Dbl10. We want to make sure that you receive the promo that you qualify for. What day did you sign-up for service? You should receive the Ready to Redeem email 65 days after service activation and then you will be able to click the link in the email and log into My Verizon where you should see the redemption tile under Make the most of your plans section.

I am going through the same exact difficulty with the free TV promotional. My home internet account activated March 28, 2025. No notice of redemption coupon on MyVerozon and no email. Called Loyalty Team three times and still no resolution. Three weeks of repeated calls to customer care support and all I get is an hour long conversation explaining that matter needs to be escalated. Customer care office needs to expedite a fix for this issue or come up with alternative solution. If not there is eventually going to be many disappointed customers demanding refunds and release from service agreement.

Have you had any luck with your TV redemption? I signed up and activated my 5g home internet on 4/16. Today is 65 days. The tile is now gone, after being on my account, unclickable but with June 20th showing to redeem and no e-mail.

I've been having the same issue as well. We started our plan in March of this year and it told us that we couldn't redeem the offer till June 20th. I went to go look for the offer today and it's nowhere to be found.

The same thing happened to me. It was showing on my Make the most of your plans and telling me I can redeem it after June 18. On June 18, it disappeared and never received any kind of email from Verizon, but only promotions. This isn't very pleasant and should never happen. I talked to the agent today, and the lady was saying my case is in the system, and I will receive an answer in a week. Let's see what will happen next.

I am having the same issue, except I was promised a “90 day free trial period” where if I kept it I would be charged, but if I canceled it, I wouldn’t. Now they’re saying they can’t find that promotion. From now on I will ask them to put everything they tell me in writing. It’s getting ridiculous

I also have not received an email to redeem. I previously had the redemption tile in the app for the TV, however, once I reached the eligibility date, it disappeared?

Though the app did just update, so it's possible I just can't find it. But I did not receive an email, and I became eligible on June 16.

I had the redemption tile on my home page and said to redeem after June 26. It’s now after the 26th and tile is gone and no email. Where did the tile go and now how can can I get my free TV?

Don't bother with the TV. Just consider it a loss. Im on the 3rd attempt to get one that's not actually packed broken. Samsung doesnt care and pretty sure Vz isn't interested. Judging the uninterest on the email I got that my bill is going up after being promised I would see no change in bill by falling for the add a line promo.

I would like a response from customer service as well. I never received the email for redemption. I thought they told me a chat it took 6 months to get the email. I'm just over 5 months since I switched. This says 65 days. I read all the email and don't recall getting one for this. I get 5 emails a day about other promotions, many of which I already have bought. I am VERY frustrated with Verizon 's customer service. I tried to call, and it made me go back to a chat on my phone and then kept asking me over and over if I had any questions. The AI customer service is bad. I'm about to go on every social media platform and trash Verizon if these things don't resolved.

I need help as well I was promised the tv but something happened with the link and I reported it before the deadline and still have heard anything about a resolution. Please help!!!
