Because I have dropped calls and delayed receipt of texts in my home, I have had a new iPhone, 2 extenders sent to me in the last 19 days of support and troubleshooting repetitive chats, calls, texts, visit to the store not one tech can figure out how to make the extender connect. It is IN THE WINDOW, connected to the router.
The only solution might be to sign up with a new carrier after 26 years of Verizon wireless and even more years with Fios.
