How do I get verizon to reverse the payment authorization on my pay pal account
For an order that they canceled on the 10th of April this is rediculous
Have you tried using live chat while logged into your My Verizon account and typing "live agent" to ask? The only other thing I can think of is to dispute the charge with your bank or PayPal.
Yes i did but I was trying to switch over so I don't have and official account yes
When I spoke to pay pal they told me that verizon had to cancel the authorization hold
And paypal could not
Thanks for the updates. If you decided to cancel your port in or purchase but there's still some kind of pending order stuck in the system, I'd try calling Verizon's Financial Services department at 866-266-1445.
