I recently switched to AT&T and I need to provide proof that I paid off my phone to be reimbursed for switching to AT&T. I called Verizon Customer Service and they assured me that it would be in the final bill they sent me and stated that they did not have the capability of sending me my receipt for paying off my phone through their call center.
I received my final bill and there is no indication that I paid off my phone. I have tried to access my account but it was instantly disconnected. I then tried the link to access disconnected accounts and that did not work either. I am getting close to my deadline to produce a receipt for AT&T. One reason that I have been a customer with Verizon was I thought their customer service was upper tier, but the difficulty getting a receipt indicating I paid off my phone does not represent that. Could someone please help me access proof that I paid off my cell phone?
