I've been in live chat for 6 hours tonight and keep getting passed between different departments and agents. This is unacceptable. I've never had such bad customer service. It's like agents don't talk to each other (or read prior conversations) and departments are oblivious of each other’s existence. I might as well be on an episode of Severance.
I was just trying to get help with a Mobile + Home discount since I get an error when trying to do it myself. The error would say “Looks like something went wrong with your discount. Please call customer service at 1-800-837-4966.” Don’t even get me started on trying to call them over the phone.
I’m already shopping around with different carriers so I can permanently leave Verizon. I’ve had more unpleasant experiences than positive.
