I wanted to give feedback about my experience with poor service from 1/25 - 4/22. My iPhone 13 was not receiving calls consistently nor making calls without three tries. Verizon sent me an iPhone 16 but the problem persisted. Finally, after 4 months, Verizon sent me a network extender and my service now works. I have had Verizon service for over 35 years and have NEVER had a problem until this happened. Never moved or remodeled home. It was a mystery. Anyway, thank you for finally sending me a new iPhone and complimentary network extender which seems to have rectified the situation. Retha N.
