Resolution Update: Support confirmed the Meta Quest 3S offer details via Private Message. After a 65-day wait period from the date of service activation, you will receive a Ready to Redeem email that includes a link to the Meta Quest 3S Headset tile on the Home Offers page within the My Verizon app. After selecting the tile, customers are able to claim the offer, and review and accept the terms and conditions.
Afterwards, customers will be redirected to the Verizon Accessory Store where the headset will be automatically added to the cart with a 100% discount applied.
